workout

6x1000 at 3:16-3:20 with 3 minute recovery

2k-3:13

4k-3:19

6k-3:17


to be honest, those evil mental thoughts raced through my mind at around 4-5k.  i didn't know if i was going to finish the workout, nor did i know if i wanted to finish the workout.  i wasn't necessarily dying, but i wasn't comfortable. coach pushed me through.


so guess what i just found out.  thin mints have 4% of your daily iron!  so if i eat an entire box............?
