scratchy throat
puffy eyes
weak body
lots of sleep (but not at the appropriate times)
stuffed nose
really hot
then really cold
dry skin
big headache
39 RHR

sounds like i'm more than just sick, i have colorado heart sickness.

Nooooo!i hate that you're sick! get plenty of rest and take a couple days off running if you need to!
