i am welcoming a week of complete rest with open arms and maybe a half smile. i'm already crazy so not being able to run for a week will significantly increase my insanity, nonetheless, i know what not taking a few days off post-season will do to my body in the long run thus exponentially increasing my headcases.
i really would love to go run right now and blow off some steam, but i won't....and i'll try to stay away from overindulging in food too cause i am definitely a stress eater (it's amazing i am not 400 pounds with as much stress as i conjure up)
