i went to the chiropractor today. he took an x-ray of my pelvis. when he looked at it, i made my own assessment and found that my hips are off alignment by a good inch or so. he drew a line starting at my left ball and socket joint to my right, and they more than noticeably didn't line up. he adjusted my back and hips, hopefully i will be feeling the effects of this soon.
in addition, i saw dr. linton today. what a joy it was to catch up with him. i got a dose pack (the magic stuff) and hopefully this anti-inflammatory will knock our the P.I.T.A soon!
i'm biking tomorrow's workout.
