and i just ate about 26 donut holes.
got more x-rays today. i looked at them. i'm not a doctor, but i saw nothing abnormal. must mean it's soft tissue......ughhh.
about to go bike into a six-pack and pedal into defining hamstrings.

i hope i don't throw up these donuts. they were so delicious, now if they had only been chocolate.....
